Narrative of the Event
On the night of April 11, 2000, an Imambargah in Attock district witnessed a tragic event where terrorists launched three hand grenades and fired Kalashnikovs. This occurred some 134 kilometers away from the location. During a Majlis in progress at Malohwali village, 14 lives were lost, including eight on the spot, two on the way to the hospital, and the rest succumbing to injuries later. Despite conflicting reports, the police confirmed 11 casualties in this heinous attack.
